SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs are fixed by region. $16.99 for the province of Quebec and $22.99 for the rest of Canada at checkout. If you are ordering heavy or large item(s), please note that this is not included in the shipping costs and that we will contact you for further action as soon as we have confirmation of how much it costs with the shipping company. At any time, you can cancel the order if you decide not to pay the additional delivery charges.
Once the order is completed and paid for through our online store, it will be processed within 1 to 3 working days. Local delivery will be made between Wednesday and Saturday. The parcel by post will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days. Packages are sent with a tracking number if an external company.
Local delivery Laval & surroundings: please contact us if you're a not sure if we do local delivery in your area. This type of delivery applies for food & frozen items.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
It is important to know that we are doing our best to keep our inventory up to date. However, there may be an item that you ordered may not be available. If so, we will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from delivering your order.
Purchases are shipped by Canada Post when they meet weight and size constraints.
Delivery in Canada only for packages, and Local delivery from the store for frozen foods. If you are local to the store, you would benefit from our local delivery on all your purchases at our store. Please consult our Local Delivery map to see if your area qualifies.
IN-STORE PICKUP ON APPOINTMENT ONLY

If you wish, you have the option of picking up your order in our shop. This service is free. We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up with different time slots to be able to pick up as we do not have opening hours.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of identification as well as proof of payment type used on the order whether it's a pick up or mail delivery.
All online orders must respect the delivery policy. However, if the User cannot respect the conditions of this present policy, Boutique Muso et Spaw reserves the right to cancel the order and to make a refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No refunds are permitted, except for items which are 100% guaranteed by the company. For food, there must have more than 80% of the bag remaining to accept returns.
For all other items, our policy is 30 days maximum for an exchange only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return a product, you must send it by mail or come to our store at: 1253 avenue Godin, Laval Qc, H7E 2T1.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 50, you should consider using shipping insurance with a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
